Transportation will be provided and the comedy show will be followed by dinner at our hotel.

Accommodations

Hotel accommodations will be at the InterContinental Hotel located at 510 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.- Luggage storage is available until check-in.

Check-out: 9:30 a.m. - Please plan to check out of your room before the meeting begins. Luggage storage is available.

Parking

Valet parking is included. Please park as directed and let the attendant know that you are a Shields Health guest. A voucher will be given to you during registration for when you claim your car.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for the meeting. Dinner and evening activities can be enjoyed in casual attire.

Adventure Awaits

We are 'Reaching New Heights' this year with our action-packed agenda. At 3:30 p.m., meet in the hotel lobby - we're heading to Laugh Boston for some laughs and a cocktail hour post-meeting. We will provide transportation and return to the hotel for dinner after the show.
