Attendees & invitees
The Shields family is happy to provide our employees the opportunity to gather together with their families in a social, fun atmosphere. Every Shields employee is invited to bring their children and one adult guest. If you are single (no spouse/children) we invite you to bring one guest.
Gas & parking
All employees are responsible for their own transportation and will not be reimbursed for gas, mileage or parking. This is an optional event and attendance is not required. You will be responsible for all parking fees.
Ticket information
All employees are responsible for their tickets on the day of the event. All tickets will be digital in 2023 and will be accessible via the MLB Ballpark App or at www.redsox.com/mytickets. No hard copy tickets will be accepted.
Shields will be purchasing the tickets to attend the game.

Food & beverage
Shields will be providing each ticket holder a $15 food/beverage credit to their MLB Ballpark App to spend as they please at the park!
Dress code
This is a fun, casual event and attendees can dress accordingly. Employees are encouraged to wear clothes that show our spirit for the Red Sox and/or Shields!

Sunday, September 10
All Shields offices will be open during normal business hours on Sunday, September 10. If you are scheduled to work and would like to attend the summer outing, please work directly with your manager to find coverage.
