How it works:
Human Resources employees or those with a Director level title or higher are not eligible to receive the bonus.
Referred employees must not have been employed at Shields within the last calendar year. If we hire your referral, you will receive 100% of the referral bonus after your referral successfully completes 6 months of employment.
If multiple employees refer a single candidate for the position, the bonus will be shared.
Referral bonus will be honored for employees who increase hours within their first year of employment. Referring employee must notify HR that their referral has increased hours.
Complete the Referral Form in ADP on behalf of your referral OR make sure your referral enters your name in the online application when asked ‘Were you referred by a SHCG employee?’ Either MUST be filled out in order to be eligible to receive the bonus.
