> Goal: This 12-month training program is designed to provide eligible MRI and PET Technologists with the leadership and technical skills necessary to thrive as clinical leaders at Shields Health.

> Commitment: 3.5-hour live onsite sessions, on the 3rd Thursday of every month (attendance is required at all sessions) Eligibility: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience with permanent hours as an MRI or PET Technologist, be in good standing with the company, provide a recommendation from their manager and show a strong interest in pursuing a professional development path toward a Chief Technologist role.

> Expectations: Participation in this program provides valuable training, but it does not obligate employees to take on the clinical leadership role nor does it guarantee a job placement. We encourage eligible employees to enroll to enhance their professional development and explore new opportunities within the company. Curriculum: The program features a hybrid curriculum that combines the Shields U Head, Heart, & Guts leadership-training program with the key managerial skills and knowledge required for Chief Technologists.

Working Up Implants is a 90-minute video provided by John Trudeau, Director of Safety & Quality. It provides information on how to research and correctly identify an implant.

This is approved by the ASRT, and upon completion, you will receive 1.5 continuing education credits.
