WOW Awards

In 1999 an anonymous employee initiated the WOW program as a way to recognize fellow colleagues for a job well done.

Throughout the years, hundreds of employees have been awarded WOWs’ for their outstanding patient care, excellent customer service, exceptional helpfulness with a coworker, or going above and beyond in their job duties.

Sending a WOW is a great way to show appreciation to a specific department, a manager, an employee – anyone who deserves special recognition for a job well done.
