Kerry truly is a team player. She is constantly asking what she can do for people and circling around the floor to see who needs help. She is also very responsive to feedback and tries hard to take instruction and follow through with it. She also has been incredibly flexible with her schedule to meet the needs of the floor, coming in on days off and picking up extra or moving off one day to the other.  Kerry is a joy to work with and she is an excellent example for all staff. Kerry you are awesome! Thank you so much for your help today.  My patient needed to be transferred to the hospital and you rose to the occasion.  You recognized that she had SVT which ended up being a new Afib! You called the ambulance and did the paperwork and all that is involved. You are a super experienced nurse and you go above and beyond to give superb patient care and I value you as a teammate and colleague! Kerry, thank you for all of your hard work. You are the definition of a team player. You're always helping out your co-workers without being asked to and you’re very considerate. You are a joy to work with!
