Customer Care Representative

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking to a Maureen, I did not catch her last name nor did I ask but I was going over my husbands MRI with her and how nervous he was, and what this MRI was going to actually be like. She walked me through the two different MRI’s he would be getting and I stated how scared he already is and how he does have dementia and sometimes he can get angry. We started talking about she has had experience personally with this and not to worry and assured me Shield’s MRI Techs are wonderful and understanding and will help out in any way. My husband had a good day that day so he got on the phone and talked to her too and she talked to him and made him feel at ease too! He had hoped he would see her at the site and so did I but she said she worked in the call center. You guys are wonderful and thank you for your kindness every time we go! I thought you should know the wonderful experience we have all the time.
